On Tuesday, 22nd March 2022, the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce, NACC, inaugurated the Osun State Chapter in Oshogbo, the capital city of Osun State.
Osun State (more commonly referred to as the State of Osun by the state government) is a state in South-Western Nigeria. The state was carved out of the old Oyo State on 27 August 1991 and is one of the current 36 states of Nigeria, Osun is the nineteenth most populous Nigerian State with an estimated population of about 4.7 million as of 2016.
The National President, NACC, Dame Adebola Williams, handed over the instrument and mantle of leadership to a 24-man team inducted and led by the inaugural Chairman of the Chapter, Engr. Kolawole Obisakin, to run with the vision and mission of the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce, NACC, which is basically to help foster and encourage trade relations & development between the United States of America (USA) & the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
