NACC participates in DEBCC Minority Chamber of Commerce Event.
The Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce joined business stalwarts in the U.S. State of Delaware for Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce Q4 Minority Supplier Session (Hybrid)., where the Under Secretary of The Minority Business Development Agency – U.S. Department of Commerce, Hon. Donald Cravins, Jr., Esq. delivered an excellent remark on doing business with the State of Delaware and how Platforms like Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce support Delaware-owned businesses.
An ideal platform to network and discuss the thriving economy of Delaware, how minority businesses can partner for development and the services of various organizations present at the meeting; the discussion was chaired by the President of Delaware Black Chamber of Commerce, Ayanna Khan.
The Acting Director-General, Ms. Wofai Samuel was the only foreign speaker invited to this important meeting, and her presentation focused on the Nigerian American Chamber of Commerce mission since 1960, and its success in enabling growth, development & sustainability of MSMEs.
Her presentation also highlighted Nigeria, its existing incentives for businesses, and its comparative advantage in sub-Saharan Africa.
Presentations were also taken from representatives of the New Castle County (DE) Government, Dover Federal Credit Union, and other Organizations in the State of Delaware.
