Current Acting Director-General of the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce, Samuel joined the Chamber as Director of Communications, Government Relations & Advocacy in 2022.

She previously served as Director of Communications and External Affairs to the U.K.-Liberia Chamber of Commerce, Editor-Africa Energy & Infrastructure Magazine(UK), and Head of Oil and Gas to Foreign Investment Network.
Skilled at working with teams globally, brokering agreements, and initiating/implementing dialogues that have served as policy directions for Africa, Samuel moderated meetings for:

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology and Environmental Biology and an Advanced Diploma in HR and Organizational Management from the University of Lagos. Nominated for an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership & Management from the Commonwealth University of London. She is ranked among the top 100 Career Women in Africa, in 2024.
Samuel is a member of the Board of Cetacea University in Delaware, U.S.A., and the World Agriculture Forum Council in the Netherlands.
