Profiled on Forbes Africa as ”Shaping the Future of the Continent”, Ms. Samuel is an International Communications professional with demonstrated people and projects skills gained in senior positions of Private International Relations Services (Africa and the United States of America).

Current Acting Director-General of the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce, Samuel joined the Chamber as Director of Communications, Government Relations & Advocacy in 2022.
She previously served as Director of Communications and External Affairs to the U.K.-Liberia Chamber of Commerce, a British Chamber of Commerce affiliate in London, Editor-Africa Energy & Infrastructure Magazine, and Head of Oil and Gas to Foreign Investment Network(UK).

Skilled at working with teams globally, brokering agreements, and initiating/implementing dialogues that have served as policy directions for Africa, Samuel moderated multi-lateral meetings for:

She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Zoology and environmental Biology, an Advanced Diploma in HR and organisational Management from the University of Lagos, and was nominated for an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Leadership & Management from the Commonwealth University of London.
